Learn how to make chocolates in these fun, hands-on workshops lead by a Le Cordon Bleu, London trained patisserie chef. You will be guided through the history of chocolate, then taken step by step through the process of creating beautiful ganache filled chocolates of your own to take home.
2.5 hours of demonstration and chocolate making
Handout with ganache recipe and step-by-step-methods from tempering to finishing touches. Each participant will make at least 12 filled chocolates to package like a pro.
PRICES FOR THE CLASSES
Chocolate Workshop Level 1: Ganache and Piping: $75 per person. For ages 16 years old +. Small group sizes with no more than 15 people per class.
Chocolate Workshop Level 2: Molds and Dipped Truffles: $75 per person. For ages 16 years old +. Small group sizes with no more than 15 people per class.
Youth Class: $55 per person. Limited to 12 students per class for ages 12-17 years old.
Mommy and Me Class: $100 for 1 parent and 1 child. Designed for parent and children 7+. Child will make a custom chocolate bars while mommy makes beautiful filled truffles.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate nut allergies. Please let us know if you are sensitive to dairy, as we can substitute cream for coconut oil. Group rates and private sessions available. A refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise unless the class is canceled by D’liteful Chocolat. In this event, 100% of the class cost will be refunded or the participant may choose to attend a different workshop date.
