PLEASE NOTE: This class is intended to follow our Chocolate Workshop Level 1: Ganache & Piping. Please register for Level 1 if you have not taken it already!

Prerequisite: Level 1: Ganache & Piping
Registration is required and very limited space is available.
In this 2 hours hands-on workshop, you will use professional ingredients and equipment to make 18 gorgeous truffles to take home.
Please note that due to COVID-19 concerns, we are limiting the number of participants per class to provide proper PPE and social distancing. Face masks are required for anyone inside the workshop.
For ages 12 years old +. All children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a paid adult.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check-in. Instruction will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.
