This 3-hour class is designed to provide participants ages 12+ with the knowledge and skills to assemble and decorate a 6" round celebration cake using quality ingredients, professional techniques, and tools. Box and take home your completed cake.
Instructed by Chef Dayleen Coleman, Le Cordon Bleu, London Alumnus, and the owner of D'liteful Chocolat.
Class Goals:
Step-by-step to confidently make Italian meringue buttercream
Torte/level provided cakes to fill, crumb coat, clean coat, and decorate
Piping techniques in traditional rosettes and vintage-style design
Included:
All needed equipment, tools, and ingredients are provided to create a 6" cake. A take-home box is included.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check in. For health and safety, please tie long hair back and wear closed-toed non-slip comfortable shoes.
