Time: 11:00 AM (3-3.5 hours)
Cost: $95 pp
Registration is required and space is limited! Register online.
This hands-on class will include:
- 3-3.5 hours of demonstration and hands-on macaron making led by a Le Cordon Bleu, London-trained pastry chef.
- Handout with a recipe and step-by-step methods from cookie shells to fillings.
- Each participant will work independently to make at least 1 dozen macarons to take home.
For ages 12+ (minors attending alone must be able to stand for 3 hours and follow instructions).
There is limited space for this class, so please don't wait to register! Please note that due to COVID-19 concerns, we are limiting the number of participants per class to provide proper PPE and social distancing. Face masks are optional in our facility.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check in. For health and safety, please tie long hair back and wear closed-toed non-slip comfortable shoes.
Note: At check out, please include any allergies or special requirements we should be aware of in the 'note to seller' section of the form. Sorry, we can not accommodate nut allergies. All our ingredients are at risk of being exposed to nuts and your health and safety are important to us.
Please note that there are no refunds or credits for late cancelations or no-shows. A refund less a 20% cancellation fee may be requested up to 7 days prior to the event date.
