Experience a beloved British tradition!
Cream tea has been a cherished part of English culture since the 1600s, with roots tracing back to Devonshire and Cornwall as early as the 12th century. Traditionally enjoyed between 2pm and 4pm, this light and elegant meal is a timeless treat.
In this hands-on, interactive class, you'll learn the art of crafting the perfect English scone and rich Devonshire cream. Each participant will make at least half a dozen scones to take home. After baking, we'll gather for a delightful cream tea celebration—savoring our freshly made creations in true British style.
What’s included:
- All necessary tools, equipment, and ingredients
- Step-by-step guidance to make a dozen filled and decorated éclairs and profiteroles
- Boxes to take home your delicious treats
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check in. For health and safety, please tie long hair back and wear closed-toed non-slip comfortable shoes.
