Time: 2:00 PM (2-2.5 hours)
Cost: $65pp
Registration is required and space is limited! Register online.
This hands-on class will include:
- 2-2.5 hours of demonstration and hands-on macaron making led by a Le Cordon Bleu, London-trained pastry chef.
- Handout with a recipe and step-by-step methods from cookie shells to fillings.
- Each participant will work independently to make at least 1 dozen macarons to take home.
For ages 8+ must be able to stand for 2+ hours and follow instructions).
There is limited space for this class, so please don't wait to register! Please note that due to COVID-19 concerns, we are limiting the number of participants per class to provide proper PPE and social distancing. Face masks are optional in our facility.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check in. For health and safety, please tie long hair back and wear closed-toed non-slip comfortable shoes.
