At D'liteful, custom chocolate begins with the chocolate itself. Founded by Le Cordon Bleu London-trained Chef Dayleen Coleman, D'liteful brings professional pastry training, years of experience & a genuine passion for the craft to every creation.
Our artisan chocolates are handcrafted in Lake San Marcos using fine, ethically sourced chocolate, quality ingredients & careful technique. From tempering and ganache to molded chocolates, flavors & finishing details, each piece is made with close attention to taste, texture, appearance & presentation.

That commitment to quality has earned D'liteful Best of North County 2026 recognition, along with participation in the Fine Chocolate Industry Association and Make Mine Fine community. Our use of Callebaut chocolate also supports the Cocoa Horizons program and its work toward more sustainable cocoa farming.

Most custom chocolate projects take approximately 3–4 weeks from the time of ordering, depending on the size of the project and time of year. For holidays, larger quantities & branded chocolate orders, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
