Registration is required and very limited space is available.
In this 2.5 -3 hour hands-on workshop, you will work with professional polycarbonate chocolate molds, colored cocoa butter, and fine Belgian chocolate. Each participant will make their own tray of 18-24 gorgeous artisan truffles to box and take home.
There is limited space for this class, so please don't wait to register! Please note that due to COVID-19 concerns, we are limiting the number of participants per class to provide proper PPE and social distancing. Face masks are optional.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check-in.
