Class Description:
In this 3-hour hands-on workshop, we will walk you through the art of making beautiful and delicious European-style.
Each participant will make their own tray of 21-24 gorgeous artisan truffles working with professional polycarbonate molds, colored cocoa butter, and fine Belgian chocolate. You will make a creamy ganache and have additional filling options to choose from to make your ideal truffle.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check-in.
