MACARON WORKSHOPS Learn how to make proper French macarons in this fun, hands-on workshop led by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained patisserie chef. You will be guided through the history, origins, and methods for this sweet meringue-based confection, then taken step by step through the process of creating beautiful macarons of your own to take home.
WORKSHOP INCLUDES: 3- hours of demonstration and hands-on baking Handout with recipe and step-by-step methods. Each participant will make at least 18 macarons to box up and take home.

CHOCOLATE WORKSHOPS Learn how to make chocolates in these fun, hands-on workshops lead by a Le Cordon Bleu, London-trained patisserie chef. You will be guided through the history of chocolate, then taken step by step through the process of creating beautiful ganache-filled chocolates of your own to take home.
WORKSHOPS INCLUDES: 1.5 - 2 hours of demonstration and chocolate making Each participant will box up their truffles in professional packaging to take home.
PRICES FOR THE CLASSES: Chocolate Workshop Level 1: Ganache and Piping: $65 per person. For ages 8* years old +. Small group sizes with no more than 12 people per class.
Chocolate Workshop Level 2: Professional Molds and Colored Cocoa butter: 2.5 hours. $145 per person. For ages 16* years old +. Small group sizes with no more than 10 people per class.
Chocolate Workshop: Professional Skills: 3 hours. $175 per person. For ages 16* years old +. Small group sizes with no more than 8 people per class.

KIDS/TEEN WORKSHOPS
D'liteful Chocolat is excited to offer chocolate and baking camps for kids & Teens ages 8-17 years! Small group sizes with no more than 12 people per class. Each participant MUST be checked-in by a parent or guardian on the first day to complete any paperwork/waiver.
These 3-hour hands-on workshops are lead by a professionally trained pastry chef and experienced team ready to teach your budding bakers and chocolatier.
Summer Camps Include: 4 Sessions - $280 per participant 3 hours of demonstration and hands-on baking or chocolate making. Each participant will package and take home everything they create!

Class/Workshops Refund Policy A refund, minus a 20% service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the workshop. Registration may be transferred to a different class date ONLY if the request is received more than 72 hours prior to the event AND we are able to fill the vacated spots. No refunds will be issued otherwise unless the class is canceled by D'liteful Chocolat. In this event, 100% of the workshop cost will be refunded or the participant may choose to transfer their session to a different date.
