Learn how to make chocolates in these fun, hands-on workshops lead by a Le Cordon Bleu, London trained patisserie chef. You will be guided through the history of chocolate, then taken step by step through the process of creating beautiful ganache filled chocolates of your own to take home.
Our workshops are held at SAE KITCHEN (On furniture row next to Mattress Firm) 980 Los Vallecitos Blvd San Marcos, CA 92069
Please note: "Special Events" are held at specified location given on registration page.
2 hours of demonstration and chocolate making using professional ingredients and tools.
Each participant will make filled chocolates to package like a pro.
PRICES FOR THE CLASSES
Chocolate Workshops start at $55 per person. For ages 12 years old +. Small group sizes between 12-25 people per class.
Parent and Child Chocolate Workshop: $75 (for 1 parent and 1 child) $20 for each additional child. Designed for parent and children 7+. Parents and children work together to makes beautiful filled chocolates and candy bars.
All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate nut allergies. IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Registration closes 5 days prior to the scheduled event date and classes with low registration may be cancelled. In this unfortunate circumstance, those already registered will be notified promptly and may chose to attend another date or a full refund will be issued.
A refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise unless the class is canceled by D’liteful Chocolat. In this event, 100% of the class cost will be refunded or the participant may choose to attend a different workshop date.
