Refund/Exchange Policy Our goal at D’liteful Chocolat is for our customers to be completely happy with the products or services they receive. In the unfortunate event we do not meet your expectations, please call us at 1-760-715-3142 so that we can make it right by either issuing you a full refund or provide a replacement at no cost. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or another agreed upon method if the item was purchased as a gift. Please note: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Workshops Refund Policy A refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the workshop. No refunds will be issued otherwise unless the class is cancelled by D'liteful Chocolat. In this event, 100% of the workshop cost will be refunded or the participant may choose to transfer their session to a different date.
Team Building Workshops Refund Policy A refund, less a 20% service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise unless the class is canceled by D’liteful Chocolat. In this event, 100% of the workshop cost will be refunded or the company may choose to reschedule for a mutually agreed-upon date. Shipping Policy (chocolates and macarons) Due to the time sensitivity of our products, we highly recommend you choose the appropriate shipping option to assure the quality of the product holds up and arrives in perfect condition. During the warmer months, we recommend 1-day shipping and ship early in the week to avoid your perishable goodies from sitting in a transport hold over the weekend.
