If you are new to working with "real" chocolate or are a professional who finds chocolate tempering intimidating, then this is the class for you! You will be guided step by step through this fun hands-on chocolate experience by owner and chocolatier, Chef Dayleen Coleman. We will first go over the chemistry of chocolate that is necessary for understanding your ingredients to achieve that perfect shine and snap. You will use the fine Belgian chocolate you temper to make a variety of solid chocolate treats, including bars.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to check-in. For health and safety, please tie long hair back and wear closed-toed non-slip comfortable shoes.
