Kids & Teens Chocolate and Baking Camps
D'liteful Chocolat is excited to host chocolate and baking camps this summer at our new facility in Lake San Marcos!
These 4 Day hands-on camp are lead by a Le Cordon Bleu, London trained pastry chef and experienced team ready to teach your budding bakers and chocolatier proper techniques to enhance their passion and skills in the kitchen.
Registration is required and spaces are very limited!

Chocolate Dipped and Decorated Cakesicles
INTERMEDIATE CAMP AGENDA:
Hand rolled chocolate truffles and Dipped Strawberries
French Cookies: Macarons
Tart shells and Fillings
Celebration Drizzle Cakes using Skills Learned in Previous Lessons
Participants will finish off by packaging their creations to take home to share with their family and friends.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to park and check-in. Instruction will begin promptly at 10:00 am. Participants should be picked up no later than 1:15 pm.
Lunch will be provided (i.e. Pizza, Sandwiches, yogurt tubes, carrot sticks, apple slices...).
For ages 10-17 years old.
