Ages
Ages 12+.
Minors attending without an adult must be able to stand for the full class and independently follow instructions.

for check-in. For safety, long hair should be tied back and closed-toed, non-slip shoes are required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the class
may receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits are available for late cancellations or no-shows.
