Vanilla is one of Chef Dayleen’s favorite ingredients, and this hands-on class is all about learning how to make your own gourmet vanilla extract from scratch.
What to Expect
During this 1-hour class, you’ll use premium Tahitian vanilla beans and quality ingredients to create one 375 ml (12.7 fl oz) bottle of vanilla extract
to take home. All ingredients and tools are provided.
Ages
Ages 21+.
Because alcohol is used in the vanilla-making process, participants must be 21 or older.

for check-in. For safety, long hair should be tied back and closed-toed, non-slip shoes are recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the class
may receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits are available for late cancellations or no-shows.
