Learn the techniques behind classic French macarons in this hands-on class led by a Le Cordon Bleu London-trained pastry chef. You’ll work through the process from cookie shells to fillings and create your own macarons to take home.
What to Expect
This 2.5–3 hour class
includes:
- Demonstration & hands-on macaron making
- A printed recipe with step-by-step methods
- Instruction from shells through fillings
- At least 1 dozen macarons
made by each participant to take home
Ages
Ages 12+.
Guests age 15 & under must attend with a paid adult participant. Both the adult and minor must register for the class.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the class
may receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits are available for late cancellations or no-shows.
